Refund policy
We pride ourselves on quality and we want your shopping experience with Temple & Fox to be as easy as possible and for you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We are confident you will love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify Temple & Fox at info@templeandfox.com within 7 days of you receiving the item and the reason for your return. If requesting an exchange, original item must be returned before any replacement item is posted.
- Goods must be in their original condition – unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
- All return delivery costs and liability of lost products are the responsibility of the customer. It is advisable to Express Post your parcel back to us with a tracking number. Original delivery costs will not be reimbursed and re-delivery fees will be charged for items to be reposted. Temple & Fox cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not arrive to us.
- If more than 14 calendar days have pasted since you received your item/s unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive your item:
- We will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your item.
- If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If your item is approved, you will automatically be refunded using your original payment method. You will receive the credit to your account within 10 days, depending on your bank and card issuer’s processing policy.
Sale Items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Faulty and Damaged Items
Please inspect your item upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so we can rectify the issue.
