For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable.

Temple & Fox are not to be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
How long will my order take?
All orders will be processed by Temple & Fox within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped with your tracking details.
Please Note: Due to Covid-19 shipping may take longer than expected. Please take this into consideration before purchasing. Unfortunately this is outside our control.
During a sale or around certain times eg: Christmas, Easter our turnaround times will increase. We will keep our customers notified via our social media channels. Please take this into consideration and place your order early to avoid disappointment.
What happens if my parcel gets lost?
Please be aware we do not refund if an incorrect shipping address has been provided. In the instance that the item is returned to the sender (Temple & Fox) we will contact the customer for the correct address and charge the customer again for the additional shipping costs to send out the parcel to the new address.
Temple & Fox takes no responsibility for lost parcels.
Change of address after an order has been placed
In the event the shipping address has been entered incorrectly at checkout please contact us immediately at info@templeandfox.com and advise us of the correct address. We are only able to make this change before the order has been shipped out. Temple & Fox take no responsibility for any order which has been sent out to the incorrect address or lost due to an incorrect address.
Checking the status of your order
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number to check the status for your parcel. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your email please check your spam.
If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email please contact info@templeandfox.com with your name and order number.
